Fee Schedule for COMEX Core Products on ClearPort Clearing (GC, SI, HG, AL, OG, SO and HX)
The New York Mercantile Exchange announces the following fee schedule for the COMEX Core Products on ClearPort® Clearing effective Monday, August 20, 2007.

Rates are defined as follows:

Trading Fees:

Member Overnight Trade $0.50 per side

Licensee Overnight Trade $0.50 per side

Cross Division Trading $0.85 per side

Non-Member Trade $1.35 per side

*EFP, EFS, EOO Fees:

Member $0.85 per side

Cross Division $1.20 per side

Non Member $1.35 per side

Licensee Trading Fees, Licensee Surcharge Fees, Futures from Exercise and Assignment, Option Exercise and Assignment Notices, Ex-Pit and Delivery charges will remain the same as the Open Outcry fees.

*EFS will be charged an additional $2.50 Surcharge.

**Block trades will be charged $0.10 in addition to its regular fees.
