| Rule Amendments to the Delivery Procedures for the NYMEX Gulf Coast Gasoline and Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) Futures Contracts |

| Effective for deliveries against the September 2007 contract month, the Exchange has amended the delivery procedures under Rules 180.05 and 181.05 of the NYMEX Gulf Coast Gasoline and Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) Contracts, so that batch sizes of less than 150 contracts will be delivered in the Colonial Pipeline during the third cycle of the delivery month.
In addition, the Exchange has amended Rule 151.10 of the New York Harbor ULSD Contract to delete any reference to truck delivery. |
