| The Exchange has complied with regulatory requirements by filing with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission notification of an approved amendment to Supplement No. 1, "Official List of Approved Brands and Markings" of the Copper Futures Contract. The approved amendment delists the "CMMC-ER" copper brand produced by the Phelps Dodge Sales Company, Inc. from the "Official List of Approved Brands and Markings" of the Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract.
