Trading and Processing Schedule for Good Friday Holiday
As published in the 2007 Holiday schedule, Friday April 6, 2007, is an official Exchange holiday, with the trading floors and all electronic trading venues closed as well. The complete trading and processing schedule for April 5-9, 2007 is as follows (All Times Eastern):

Thursday, April 5, 2007
  • Normal Floor Closing all products (NYMEX/COMEX); Not an early closing day.
  • NYMEX ClearPort® Clearing/Trading open until 5:15 PM.
  • NYMEX/COMEX products on CME Globex® open until 5:15 PM.

  • The NYMEX trading systems and the NYMEX/COMEX products on Globex will NOT reopen at 6:00 PM and will remain closed until Sunday evening for the Apr. 9 trade date.
Friday, April 6, 2007 (Good Friday Holiday)
  • NYMEX/COMEX Trading Floors, all electronic trading systems, NYMEX/COMEX products on Globex, and Longitude Daily Auctions are closed.
  • NO Clearing will occur; no clearing functionality will be available.
  • Daily SPAN and Erosion files will NOT be produced.
  • Options CAN NOT be exercised.
  • There WILL NOT be any allocation of Energy and Metal Deliveries or Delivery Notices and related forms WILL NOT be accepted.
Sunday, April 8, 2007
  • Normal schedule resumes.
  • NYMEX ClearPort Clearing/Trading open for trade submission and trading at 6:00 PM (Apr. 9 Trade Date.)
  • NYMEX/COMEX products on CME Globex Open for trading at 6:00 PM (Apr. 9 Trade Date.)
Monday, April 9, 2007
  • Banking for April 5th clearing cycle will occur.
  • Large Trader Reporting for April 5th trade date due by 8:00 AM.
  • "Double Erosion" will occur to account for the April 6th Peak Day. Two Erosion files will be produced.
