At the Annual Meeting, the Membership will elect members to fill the following positions:
- ONE ChairmanThe terms of the two At-Large elected Governors who receive the most votes shall expire in 2010; the terms of the two At-Large elected Governors who receive the next greatest amount of votes shall expire in 2009; and the terms of the two At-Large elected Governors who receive the third greatest amount of votes shall expire in 2008.

- ONLY THOSE COMMODITY EXCHANGE, INC. MEMBERS WHO OWN OR ABC FULL SEATS ARE ELIGIBLE TO SIGN NOMINATING PETITIONS.
If you wish to stand for election to the COMEX Governors Committee, you must be nominated by petition. Nominations to serve as a representative on the COMEX Governors Committee, including the Chairman, requires the signature of at least 40 Commodity Exchange, Inc. Members* in good standing. A blank petition for each of the foregoing categories is attached for your convenience.
Commodity Exchange, Inc. Members wishing to seek election to the COMEX Governors Committee must submit their duly executed petitions to Donna Talamo, Vice President & Assistant Corporate Secretary, COMEX, One North End Avenue, Room 1548, New York, NY 10282 NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 21, 2007.
Please note that subsequent to receipt of petitions by the Office of the Corporate Secretary, notice of the Annual Meeting of Commodity Exchange, Inc. Members will be promptly distributed to the COMEX Membership.
