A Questionnaire requesting feedback regarding the test will be distributed prior to the test. This form can be dropped off at the NYMEX Wireless Valet Support Center located next to the Trade Corrections booth on the 3rd Floor.
Prior to this date, all wireless handheld tablets will need to undergo network driver updates. Every trader and Clearing Member owning a tablet must have their network drivers updated in order to continue using them on the trading floor. If your tablet is stored in the NYMEX Wireless Valet Support Center, your driver will be updated by NYMEX staff. If your tablet is not stored in the valet center, please bring your tablets to your Clearing Members or the valet center located next to the Trade Corrections Booth on the 3rd floor during off-peak trading hours for the update.
