| New Jersey Nets Open Practice |

| The New York Mercantile Exchange is a corporate sponsor of New Jersey Nets Open Practice which will be held on Monday, October 16, 2006, 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm. The practice will take place at the Brooklyn Campus of Long Island University. Tickets to attend the practice will be available to NYMEX members on a first come first serve basis.
