Copper Warehouse Storage Rate Change - Panama City Port Authority

Panama City Port Authority (PCPA), is a New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (“Exchange”) Licensed Warehouse for the storage and handling of copper deliverable against the Exchange’s Copper Futures Contract. The handling and storage fees charged by PCPA for such copper were published by the Exchange on January 20, 2006 in Notice to Members No. 06-39. PCPA has submitted to the Exchange the following change in the monthly storage rate for copper at its facility in Panama City, Florida. This change in the monthly storage rate will become effective on December 1, 2006 and is the maximum storage fee that will be charged, and all other PCPA fees remain unchanged.

Monthly Storage per Short Ton: $4.75
