Implementation of Market Maker Programs for NYMEX Division Contracts Listed on CME Globex®
Over the next several months, the Exchange will be reviewing on an ongoing basis the progress of NYMEX products listed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange's Globex® electronic trading platform and may implement new market maker programs to enhance the listing of these products. In particular, during this period, the Exchange anticipates that it will be implementing market maker programs with one or more market makers in one or more listed NYMEX products. As in the past with other market maker agreements, these programs generally will include a waiver of fees in relation to specified levels of proprietary trading activity.
