| The New York Mercantile Exchange today approved extending eligibility for exchange of futures for swaps (EFS) transactions (NYMEX Rule 6.21A) to the New York Harbor Gasoline Blendstock (RBOB) and the New York Harbor Unleaded Regular Gasoline (HU) futures contracts, effective for trade date July 24, 2006.
