| The Exchange has complied with regulatory requirements by filing with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission notification of an approved amendment to Supplement No. 5, "Approved Brands Acceptable on the London Platinum and Palladium Market" of the Platinum Futures Contract. The approved amendment adds the platinum brand produced by Furuya Metal Co. Ltd, Japan as acceptable for good delivery against the Platinum Futures Contract.
