Exchange Early Closing Schedule for January 13, 2006
Please be reminded that the Exchange will close all markets earlier on Friday, January 13, 2006, the business day preceding Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. The following early contract closing schedule will be implemented:

The NYMEX Trade Processing Area will close at 3:00 PM, the allocation system within TMS will be available until 5:15 PM. The COMEX Division OLTE System will be available for corrections until 2:30 PM. In the event that you require additional time to process work, or have questions regarding early close procedures, please call the floor operations department.

Note:
All NYMEX miNY™ contracts open and close simultaneous with their corresponding big contract.
All NYMEX Division contracts on NYMEX ACCESS® will close at their normal time.
All NYMEX ClearPort® Trading contracts will close at 1:00 PM.
All NYMEX ClearPort® Clearing contracts will close at 4:30 PM.
All COMEX Division futures contracts and Gold options contracts on NYMEX ACCESS® will be available for trading from 12:45 PM - 4:30 PM for Tuesday, January 17th trade date.
