Notification of NYMEX ClearPort® Clearing GUI Enhancements
Please be advised that effective December 18, 2006, the ClearPort Clearing Graphic User Interphase (GUI) will be changed to reflect increased anonymity enhancements on the ClearPort Clearing blotter. Only deal information associated with the current trader and firm will be viewable on the ClearPort Clearing blotter. ClearPort Clearing will remove counterparty information when a trader launches ClearPort Clearing to view or enter deal activity or transmit queries via the ClearPort Clearing API. All deal data will continue to be entered into ClearPort Clearing including counterparty information by the brokers and the facilitation desk. Counter party information will still be shown in the ClearPort Clearing /Primaryuser, /user, ClearPort Clearing /APIuser, ClearPort Clearing /reportviewer, and ClearPort Clearing /manager. For email notifications the buyer and seller names will be moved to the BCC list.

The above noted changes to the CPC Blotter and e-mail notification details do not effect other documentary production requirements defined in NYMEX Rules 6.21, 6.21A or 6.21F
