Delaware Depository Service Company, LLC., (DDSC), an Exchange Licensed Depository
for Silver has notified the Exchange that it is revising its storage and withdrawal
rates for Silver. These revised storage rates per month and withdrawal charges
per bar are listed below. Notice of this rate increase was received by the Exchange
prior to August 1, 2006, thus meeting the requirement of being received ninety
days prior to the first calendar day of the effective month. These charges became
effective on November 1, 2006.
