| Changes to NYMEX Brent/WTI Spread Futures on Globex® |

| The NYMEX listed WS:BB futures spread will be de-listed from the CME Globex® platform at the end of business Friday September 22, 2006 and replaced by a new spread product. The de-listed spread will be replaced by the new Brent/WTI spread based on the physically delivered NYMEX light sweet crude oil futures. The spread commodity code will be CL:BB and is scheduled to launch for trading on Sunday September 24 for trade date September 25, 2006.
