Notice No. 495
09/15/2006
Delisting SCW’s San Manuel, Arizona Copper Warehouse
The Executive Committee and the Board of Directors were notified in a memorandum dated June 24, 2005 that Southwest Commodity Warehouses, Inc. ("SCW") provided the Exchange with twelve months notice of its intention to terminate the Copper Delivery Point Agreement for its Licensed Warehouse located at 1 Jacobus Road, San Manuel, Arizona for the storage of copper deliverable against the Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract. A Notice to Members, No. 306, was issued on July 26, 2005, announcing that this warehouse facility no longer accepted copper cathodes to be placed on COMEX warrant.

SCW has since fulfilled all terms of its Delivery Point Agreement for this warehouse, including relocating, at its expense, all warranted copper previously stored in its San Manuel facility to the closest Licensed Warehouse having ample space to accept the copper.

The effective date for delisting this warehouse facility is Wednesday, September 20, 2006.
