Large Trader Reporting Requirements – Labor Day 2006 Holiday Details
The Exchange announced its Holiday Trading and Processing Schedule for September 3 through September 5, 2006 in Notice No. 458 and 459. Based upon this schedule, the Exchange is requiring that all Clearing Members, Futures Commission Merchants and Omnibus firms that submit large trader data to the Exchange to make such submissions for all business conducted on September 1, 2006 as follows: Data for trade date September 1, 2006 must be submitted no later than 8:00 AM (EST) on Tuesday, September 5, 2006. Any trades occurring during the Labor Day holiday, including NYMEX Europe Limited (NEL) trades, will be recognized and cleared as of trade date September 5, 2006.
