| NYMEX Electronic Trading Hours on CME Globex® and NYMEX ClearPort® Clearing for the Labor Day Holiday |

| The NYMEX products on CME Globex® and NYMEX ClearPort® Clearing will be listed for trading and/or clearing during the Labor Day holiday from 6:00 PM Sunday night, September 3, 2006 through 1:30 PM Monday, September 4, 2006.
The CME Globex® and NYMEX ClearPort® Clearing markets will re-open for normal hours at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, September 4, 2006 and will close at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday, September 5, 2006.
