NYMEX Fees for Full-sized Physical Side by Side Electronic Trading during Regular Trading Hours on CME GLOBEX®

The NYMEX is reiterating the fee schedule for electronically traded physical futures on CME Globex®; the rates are defined as follows:

Member Day Trade	$0.25 per side
Member Overnight Trade	$0.50 per side
Non-Member Trade	$1.45 per side

The rates are quoted all-in and include the $0.10 Globex® surcharge for all NYMEX products. The physical futures will no longer close on Globex at 9:50 AM, they will extend throughout the day, closing at 5:15 PM. This change is effective on September 4th 2006 for trade date Tuesday, September 5, 2006.
