| Upon renewal we are confirming, effective August 1, 2006, the insurance rate for copper on warrant and aluminum on warrant in Exchange Licensed Warehouses is US $0.018 per US $100 of value at risk. Acts of Terrorism are excluded from coverage under this policy. The term sheet, seen here, outlines the salient portions of this policy. |
