Modifications to the NYMEX miNY™ Designee Program
The NYMEX Board of Directors approved to expand the slate of products that NYMEX miNY Designees can trade to include trading for a member in big cash settled products (WS, HH, HP, RT, BH). Additionally, the designees will be allowed to communicate directly with members in the ring via headset for the purpose of trading in proprietary accounts. These program modifications are to be launched on a trial basis and will be reviewed by the Executive Committee at the end of the trial period. The modifications become effective for trade date July 12th 2006.
