| Extension of TAS Trading Hours in Heating Oil |

| Effective on Monday, July 17, the Exchange will extend the trading hours for executing Trading at Settlement (TAS) in the New York Harbor Heating Oil Contract to include the regular trading hours from 10:05 AM until 2:30 PM. |
