REMINDER: Floor Badges and Identification
Members and employees of Members are reminded that proper identification must be displayed on the trading floor at all times. This is especially important for employees functioning in specialized roles. All miNY Designees and NYMEX Broker Assistants are required to wear their badges or insignia while on the trading floor. Badges or insignia must be visible at all times. Violators will be subject to disciplinary action, including immediate removal from the floor.
