Effective June 11, 2006, The NYMEX ClearPort® Trading platform will be open from Sundays at 6:00 PM through 5:15 PM Fridays EPT (Eastern Prevailing Time), with a 45-minute break each day between 5:15 PM and 6:00 PM.

| With the migration of the NYMEX miNY products to CME Globex® on June 11, 2006, for trade date June 12, 2006, the NYMEX ClearPort® Trading platform will remain open for the competitive trading of energy derivative products. The market hours of ClearPort® Trading will change to match those of the NYMEX ClearPort® Clearing and CME Globex platforms.
