New Platinum and Palladium Facility for Scotia Mocatta Depository
The Exchange proposes to amend the following Supplements: No. 1, "Official List of Approved Depositories" of the Platinum Futures Contracts. No. 1, "Official List of Approved Depositories" of the Palladium Futures Contracts. The proposed amendments add the Bank of Nova Scotia's Scotia Mocatta Depository, Inc. ("SMD") vault facility located at 230-59 International Airport Center Boulevard, Building C, Suite 120, Jamaica, New York as a Licensed Depository for the storage of platinum and palladium deliverable against the Exchange's Platinum and Palladium Futures Contracts. The proposed amendments must be approved by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). After CFTC approval, the Exchange membership will be notified of the effective date of the amendments.
