| Regarding prior Notice to Members 06-237 dated May 3, 2006, NYMEX wishes to make clear that the recently announced electronically-traded cash-settled futures contracts in Crude Oil, Natural Gas, Heating Oil and RBOB available for trading on CME Globex® will utilize the settlement prices of the underlying physical contracts. |
