Proposed Amendment to COMEX Copper Supplement No. 2 and No. 3
The Exchange proposes to amend (1) COMEX Copper Supplement No. 2, "Licensed Warehouses for Copper" which adds the Owensboro Riverport Authority facilities located at 2300 Harbor Road and 1771 River Road, Owensboro, Kentucky as Exchange Licensed Warehouses for the storage of copper deliverable against the COMEX Division Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract and (2) COMEX Copper Supplement No. 3, "Licensed Weighmasters for Copper" which adds Owensboro Riverport Authority as a Licensed Weighmaster for Copper. The proposed amendments (seen here) must be approved by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") before becoming effective. The Exchange Membership will be notified upon receipt of CFTC approval and the effective date of the amendments.
