Listing New York Harbor Conventional Gasoline vs. RBOB Swap Contract on NYMEX ClearPortTM
Beginning on Sunday evening, November 26, 2006 (for trade date November 27), the Exchange will list the New York Harbor Conventional Gasoline vs. RBOB Swap Contract on NYMEX ClearportTM. The first listed month will be January 2007 contract month, under code RZ.

The minimum tick size is $0.0001 per gallon, with contract size of 42,000 gallons. The new contract will be a calendar month swap, and will be cash settled. It will be listed for the current year and the next three years, and a new calendar year will be added following the termination of trading in the December contract of the current year.

The rule chapter containing the terms and conditions for the new futures contracts are available in the Exchange's online rulebook under Chapter 554.

These new futures contracts will be listed both on NYMEX ClearPortTM Trading and on NYMEX ClearPortTM Clearing, beginning with the start of the NYMEX ClearPortsm trading session at 6:00 PM on Sunday, November 26, 2006. The new futures contract will be available during the normal trading hours on NYMEX ClearPortTM Trading.
