Copper Warehouse Rate Changes – El Paso Terminal Warehouse, Inc.
El Paso Terminal Warehouse, Inc., a New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (“Exchange”) Licensed Warehouse for the storage and handling of copper deliverable against the Exchange’s Copper Futures Contract, has submitted to the Exchange the following charges for the handling and storage of copper at its facilities in El Paso, Texas. These new rates will become effective on February 1, 2006.
