General Fee Waiver for the NYMEX New York Harbor Gasoline Blendstock (RBOB) Futures Contract; Limited Scope Fee Waiver – NYMEX New York Harbor Unleaded Regular Gasoline (HU) Futures Contract
Through the end of 2006, NYMEX is waiving all clearing and exchange fees for RBOB transactions. This waiver includes all RBOB transactions traded during Regular Trading Hours and on CME GLOBEX®. Further, NYMEX is waiving all exchange and clearing fees relating only to EFS or EFP transactions in HU through the end of 2006. These fee waivers are being implemented after completion of the 15-day notice period to the owners of Class A memberships of the original proposal.
