Extension of NYMEX ACCESS® Trading Hours
The Exchange anticipates moving NYMEX ACCESS® products to the CME Globex® platform in Summer 2006, however, until that migration occurs, please be advised that beginning on Sunday, June 11, for trade date Monday, June 12, NYMEX ACCESS® trading hours will be changed. The key changes include opening NYMEX ACCESS® on Sundays at 6:00 PM and closing on Fridays at 5:15 PM for all energy and metals trading. On Mondays through Thursdays, NYMEX ACCESS® hours remain the same. The complete schedule follows: Light sweet crude oil (CL), natural gas (NG), heating oil (HO), gasoline (HU and RB), and propane (PN): Sunday 6:00 PM until 9:50 AM the following day Monday – Thursday 3:15 PM until 9:50 AM the following day Friday 3:15 PM until 5:15 PM Gold (GC and OG), Silver (SI), Copper (HG), Platinum (PL), and Palladium (PA): Sunday 6:00 PM until 8:00 AM the following day Monday – Thursday 2:00 PM until 8:00 AM the following day Friday 2:00 PM until 5:15 PM Aluminum (AL): Sunday 6:00 PM until 7:40 AM the following day Monday – Thursday 2:00 PM until 7:40 AM the following day Friday 2:00 PM until 5:15 PM If you have any questions please contact NYMEX Customer Service at 800-438-8616 or 212-299-2639
