As a reminder, pursuant to long-standing Exchange ethics requirements, Committee members are prohibited from disclosing confidential information learned through service on a Committee. Confidential information is defined broadly to include, among other things, proposed rule or contract changes, information which, if disclosed, could have an impact on price or other market conditions, and more generally, any other information that is conveyed to the Committee as being confidential information.
