| Announcement of Start Date for Use of Wireless Valet Support Center on the NYMEX Division Trading Floor |

| As background, the Exchange Board of Directors recently approved the use of wireless handheld devices for electronic trading by floor members on the NYMEX Division Trading Floor. A program for use of such devices by authorized/registered clerks is currently under review. The Exchange will provide an optional Wireless Valet Support Center on the NYMEX Division trading floor as an accommodation to store tablets and recharge batteries overnight starting on Monday, June 5, 2006.

If you have not already done so, you may register your wireless handheld devices by downloading the Terms of Use and application located at http://www.nymex.com/wrless_reg.aspx. Please submit all completed registrations to Floor Operations Trading Processing area located on the 3rd Floor.
