Please be reminded that a candidates’ forum is scheduled to be held on MONDAY, APRIL 24, 2006at 3:00 p.m. on the 10 th Floor of the Exchange, One North End Avenue, New York City. In order to ensure compliance with SEC regulations, stockholders and candidates are encouraged to review Notice No. 06-182 (“Compliance with SEC Proxy Solicitation Rules”) dated April 3, 2006.

At the forum, each candidate will be given the opportunity to address the stockholders for no longer than three (3) minutes regarding the upcoming 2006 Annual Election scheduled to be held on Monday, May 1, 2006. After each candidate has been given an opportunity to speak, the candidates will address questions from those present.
