The forms below are also available in the office of the Membership Department located on the 4th floor of the Exchange. The procedures that will be followed relative to the purchase and sale of NYMEX Holdings, Inc. Common Stock are provided in NYMEX Notice No. 06-150. Upon receipt of properly executed bid and offer forms, the Membership Department will immediately resume posting quotes on the Exchange's website www.nymex.com.
