| Modification of Trading Hours for the Daily Settlement Derivative (DSD) Contracts |

| Beginning on Monday morning, February 27, 2006 the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. will modify the trading hours for the "West Texas Intermediate Crude Oil" and "Henry Hub Natural Gas" Daily Settlement Derivative contracts. The time changes are as follows:
West Texas Intermediate Crude Oil Daily Settlement Derivatives: New Auction Time 9am to 9:15am EST (old auction was 8:30 to 9:00am EST)Henry Hub Natural Gas Daily Settlement Derivatives: New Auction Time 9:10am to 9:25am EST (old auction was 8:45 to 9:15am EST) |
