REVISED IMPLEMENTATION DATE of New NYMEX Division Rule 8.21A
Implementation date of new NYMEX Division Rule 8.21A, Maintenance of Health and Safety in Exchange Trading Rings, has been suspended until further review. Previous Notice No. 05-565 dated December 9, 2005 had indicated that the new Rule would be effective on January 3, 2006 in the Crude Oil ring.
