| Listing Additional Contract Months in the New York Harbor Gasoline (HU) and Gasoline Blendstock (RBOB) Futures Beginning on Monday, October 24 |

| Effective on Monday, October 24, the Exchange will list three additional months in the New York Harbor Gasoline Contract through January 2007. In addition, NYMEX will list one additional month in the New York Harbor Gasoline Blendstock (RBOB) Futures Contract, so that the Exchange will list the two gasoline contracts through January 2007.
Thereafter, the Exchange will maintain 12 contract months listed on a rolling basis in the RBOB Contract. No additional months will be listed beyond January 2007 in the New York Harbor Gasoline (HU) Contract until the NYMEX Petroleum Products Advisory Committee meets again to review gasoline issues. |
