Settlement Procedure for October 2005 Henry Hub Swing Swaps
Due to the continued Force Majeure at the Henry Hub facility in Louisiana, the October 3, 2005 Platts Gas Daily publication did not publish a price for flow dates 10/01-10/03 at Henry Hub. In the absence of this information the Exchange will delay issuing a final settlement price for its October 2005 Henry Hub Swing Swap contracts that do not have a corresponding price published in Platts Gas Daily until October 31, 2005. Settlements for days which do not have a Henry Hub price in Platts Gas Daily will be based on an average of all flow days in October 2005 for which Platts Gas Daily publishes a price for Henry Hub.
