Reduced Customer Clearing Fee for the NYMEX miNY(sm) Natural Gas Futures Contract
Please be advised that as of the trade date Monday, October 3, 2005, the Customer (Non-member) clearing fee for the NYMEX miNYsm Natural Gas futures contract will be reduced to $1.25 per side from $1.43 per side. The clearing fees and rate structure for NYMEX, COMEX and CME members trading the NYMEX miNYsm Natural Gas futures contracts will remain the same.

This reduction in the Customer clearing fee is exclusively for the NYMEX miNYsm Natural Gas futures contract listed on the CME® Globex® electronic trading platform. The NYMEX miNYsm Crude futures contract clearing fees and rate schedule will not change.
