Aluminum Warehouse
The Exchange has received approval from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission to amend Supplement No. 2, "List of Licensed Warehouses and Weighmasters" of the Aluminum Futures Contract by adding MetalStore LLC, 3332 St. Lawrence Drive, Toledo, Ohio as a Licensed Warehouse and Weighmaster for the storage of aluminum. The handling and storage charges for aluminum at this facility are available here.

The approved amendment is effective Tuesday, September 6, 2005.

Beginning Tuesday, September 6, 2005, the Exchange will include in the Daily Aluminum Stock Report the aluminum inventory at MetalStore LLC, Toledo, Ohio. The inventory at this delivery location as of August 25, 2005 is as follows:

Aluminum inventory is reported in the following categories.
On Warrant: Aluminum which meets the standards for delivery as stated in the COMEX Aluminum Futures Contract Rules and for which a COMEX Warrant has been issued. This will be reported in short tons and by shape; i.e. T-bar or low profile sow.

Other Aluminum: Other aluminum is reported as the total number of pieces of primary aluminum T-bar and low-profile sow of an Exchange approved brand which is stored at the facility for which a warrant has not been issued.
