| The Exchange has complied with regulatory requirements by filing with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission notification of an approved amendment to Supplement No. 1, "Official List of Approved Brands and Markings" of the Aluminum Futures Contract. The approved amendment adds the aluminum brand "CENTURY" produced by Century Aluminum of West Virginia, Inc. at its smelter in Ravenswood, West Virginia as acceptable for delivery against the Aluminum Futures Contract.
