Change in Tick Size for the European Oil Contracts on ClearPort(sm)
Effective beginning on Monday evening, January 17, 2005 (for trade date Tuesday, January 18), the Exchange will change the minimum tick size to $.01 per metric ton from the previous $.25 per metric ton for thirteen European oil swaps contracts listed on NYMEX ClearPortsm.

This amendment will apply to the following contracts:
