Proposed Amendment to COMEX Copper Supplement No. 2, "Licensed Warehouses for Copper" and COMEX Copper Supplement No. 3, "Licensed Weighmasters for Copper"
The Exchange proposes to amend COMEX Copper Supplement No. 2, "Licensed Warehouses for Copper" which adds the MetalStore LLC facility located at 3332 St. Lawrence Drive, Toledo, Ohio as an Exchange Licensed Warehouse for the storage of copper deliverable against the COMEX Division Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract and COMEX Copper Supplement No. 3, "Licensed Weighmasters for Copper" which adds MetalStore LLC as a Licensed Weighmaster for Copper. The proposed amendments must be approved by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") before becoming effective. The Exchange Membership will be notified upon receipt of CFTC approval and the effective date of the amendments. For a copy of the proposed amendment, click here.
