Proposed Amendment to NYMEX Aluminum Supplement No. 2, "List of Licensed Warehouses and Weighmasters" of the Aluminum Futures Contract
The Exchange proposes to amend NYMEX Aluminum Supplement No. 2, "List of Licensed Warehouses and Weighmasters" of the Aluminum Futures Contract which adds the MetalStore LLC facility located at 3332 St. Lawrence Drive, Toledo, Ohio as an Exchange Licensed Warehouse and Weighmaster for the Aluminum Futures Contract. The proposed amendment must be approved by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") before becoming effective. The Exchange Membership will be notified upon receipt of CFTC approval and the effective date of the amendment. A copy of the proposed amendment is available here.
