| Exchange will be Open for Business on Friday, April 8 |

| The New York Mercantile Exchange will be open for business on Friday, April 8, with no interruptions to open outcry trading. The Exchange made a proactive decision to observe a moment of silence on Monday, April 4, the first business day after the death of Pope John Paul II, before the date of his funeral was announced. We join the world in mourning the loss of this great man. |
