COMEX ACCESS(r) Trades (Intraday Trade File)
Please be advised that beginning on March 18, 2005, the Exchange will be adding trade data for ACCESS® trades executed on COMEX products to the COMEX intraday trade files available to Clearing Members through RJE or for download on the CM Download website. Currently the COMEX intraday files only contain trades executed on the COMEX trading floor, and COMEX ACCESS® trades do not appear in any intraday transmissions. With this change, a firm's COMEX ACCESS® trades would show up in one intraday transmission (normally the 1:00 pm or 2:00 pm). There would be no change in the transmission of NYMEX ACCESS® trades, which currently appear in the NYMEX intraday transmissions. The end-of-day Member Trade Files will also not be changed in any way. This previously announced change comes in response to numerous requests from clearing members. Test files for this change have already been distributed to those clearing members who have requested them.
