| The Exchange has complied with regulatory requirements by filing with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission notification of approved amendments to Supplement No. 1, "Official List of Approved Brands and Markings" of the Aluminum Futures Contract. The approved amendments change the name of the producer and changes the brand insignia incised on the aluminum T-bars produced by the Bogoslovsky Aluminum Plant. The company has changed its name to Bogoslovsky Aluminum Plant of Siberian-Urals Aluminum Company and has subsequently changed the brand insignia from "BAS" to "BAZ SUAL." The former brand "BAS" is no longer produced, but will continue to remain acceptable for delivery against the Exchange's Aluminum Futures Contract since there are aluminum T-bars bearing this brand insignia in Exchange Licensed Warehouses for aluminum.
