Exchange Early Closing Schedule for January 14, 2005
Please be reminded that the Exchange will close all markets earlier on Friday, January 14, 2005, the business day preceding Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. The following early contract closing schedule will be implemented:

The NYMEX Division Trade Processing Area will close at 3:00 p.m., the allocation system within TMS will be available until 5:15 p.m. The COMEX Division OLTE System will be available for corrections until 2:30 p.m. In the event that you require additional time to process work, or have questions regarding early close procedures, please call the floor operations department.

* Last Trading Day Spot Month – Option Expiration Procedure if necessary.



Note: All e-miNYsm contracts open and close simultaneous with their corresponding big contract.
All NYMEX Division NYMEX ACCESS® contracts will close at their normal time.
The 4 Physical Crude contracts will close on NYMEX ACCESS® at 12:00 noon.
All NYMEX ClearPortsm contracts will close at 1:00 PM.
All COMEX Division futures contracts (Gold, Silver, Copper, and Aluminum) on NYMEX ACCESS® will be available for trading from 12:45 pm - 4:30 pm for Tuesday, January 18th trade date.
