Carpool arrangements are required in order to meet the strictly enforced HOV4 restrictions imposed on traffic coming into Manhattan as part of the city’s transit strike contingency planning. HOV4 requires four persons in the vehicle.

An electronic bulletin board has been created to assist NYMEX members and staff with setting up carpools into Manhattan. The electronic bulletin board is available from any browser with an internet connection at http://forum.nymex.com. Please remember to plan for your parking arrangements as well, before you begin your commute.
